We are not a mobile detailer. Every vehicle is washed, prepped, and protected in our Hooksett studio so the work can cure clean.

Meet the team
A small, skilled crew — not a revolving wash-bay lineup.
JP — Owner
JP owns IMS Detailing and handles most of the shop’s Paint Protection Film installs. Precision cut, careful edges, and installs built for New Hampshire roads are his focus.
Jessa — Shop manager
Jessa runs the shop and sales calls. She’s the person who walks you through packages, scheduling, and aftercare — and she does a little of everything in the bay except tint.
Destinee — Detailing, paint correction & ceramic
Destinee is the newest member of the team (about a year in). She specializes in detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating installs — the prep and finish work that makes coatings last.
Hunter — Tint installer
Hunter installs ceramic window tint to New Hampshire law, including heat-rejecting film options for drivers who want a cooler, quieter cabin.
Ceramic Pro Elite — and Ceramic Pro Manchester
IMS Detailing is a Ceramic Pro Elite installer. We also operate as Ceramic Pro Manchester — that’s our Elite dealer/installer DBA. The shop itself is in Hooksett; Manchester is the market we serve and the dealer brand name, not a second shop city.
That Elite status means the full Ceramic Pro ladder (Sport through Ultimate Ion), manufacturer-backed warranties where applicable, and installs registered the right way — including CARFAX Appearance Protection reporting on qualifying jobs.

How we work
- Consult & quote — Tell us the vehicle, how you drive, and your goals. We’ll recommend coating, PPF, tint, windshield film, or a combined package like Ultimate Armor.
- Drop-off — Schedule at the Hooksett shop (not mobile).
- Prep — Wash, decontamination, and paint correction when the job needs it.
- Install — Ceramic Pro coatings, PPF, tint, or windshield film — installed in a controlled environment.
- Pickup & aftercare — Warranty registration where applicable, plus clear care instructions.
